The hotel has some positives like the provided tea and Nescafe in rooms, but the rooms are small and have a bad smell. The service was mixed with friendly staff but needing multiple maintenance calls. The location is good with a beautiful lobby, yet some safety concerns. The dining experience is expensive with a mediocre breakfast. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities offer paid services like shuttle and valet parking.
